After being a bright blonde for as long as I can remember it was time for a revamp to a more natural blonde ombré look, hair icon was the only place for this and I got exactly the look I wanted! Thank you Becky and Emma for my extra special treatment, you ladies are hair geniuses. I'd been a very brassy blonde for a while and really didn't like the colour. Emma completely fixed it and gave me a more natural dark blonde colour using highlights. She listened to everything I said and did exactly what I was hoping for! Thank you!

I went to hair icon for my first ever balayage I was so impressed with the professional advice given after I'd recently boxed dyed my own hair which had dried my hair out. Emma was great she talked me through all the steps and was very friendly. I absolutely love my hair it's exactly how I wanted it...shes done a fab job thank you x
